Analysis.  Clear’s approach to habit formation is based on four key principles, which he refers to as the “Laws of Behavior Change”, and are: 1) make it obvious, 2) make it attractive, 3) make it easy, and 4) make it satisfying.  He goes on to explain how to apply these laws to various aspects of life, such as work, relationships, and health.  The book is structured around a series of practical strategies, including goal setting, habit tracking, and environmental design, all of which are grounded in scientific research and illustrated with real-life examples.
